Our Arrival Ready service is designed to have your home clean, comfortable and ready to enjoy
before you get here.
Whether it's your holiday home or a new property, simply choose the services you'd like from our list
so you can arrive, settle in and start enjoying your time in this beautiful part of France straight away.
Tailor Your Arrival
We have a 'menu' for you to look at! Once you've decided on what you'd like simply fill out the
form and forget about it, the rest is up to us!
Freshen-up Clean
We will give your home a quick once over - air it, dust down and vacuum/mop so it feels and smells lovely and fresh.
Deep Clean
For those homes that may have been empty for a while you may need to do a thorough top-to-toe deep clean.
Basic Grocery Packs
This includes everything you might need for a pit-stop before you do a 'proper' holiday shop! Or, we can do it all. Just list what you need in the form below.
Fresh Linen
There is nothing better than getting into some freshly made beds, especially after a long journey! Let us know which beds you want made and if the bedding is musty, we'll wash, iron and make! (If you don't want the ironing option, just let us know...)
Utility Check
A week before your arrival date we will check everything is working and on!
Window Clean
I always think a window clean can transform a home, bringing the outside in and making everything look ship shape. This service is for inside and out, if you would like specifics, just let us know below!
Outdoor Options
We can do as much or as little as you want to get your garden and outside of the house spruced up and ready for you so you don't have to do any of it when you arrive. From simply cleaning your front door & pathways to a full garden-ready tidy up, it's up to you. Just let us know in the form below what you would like, or what your budget is and we'll take it from there.
Garden Furniture Set-Up
Let us prepare your garden furniture, give it a clean and place it ready for your El Fresco dining!
The Complete Arrival Bundle
This includes all that you would need with a 10% reduction:
- A Freshen Up Clean
- Beds Made
- Groceries In
- Utility Check
- Front door cleaned and ready
- Garden Furniture Ready
All the services, unless outsourced, are charged at €30 / hr, invoiced after we've finished a week before arrival. If you are requesting Groceries then this will be a seperate invoice on arrival.
