Our latest Sale Ready Property
This property had been a rental for 5 years, the tenant had cleaned and emptied it but had severly neglected the outside, one of it's main features and a real selling point. We spent 3 days clearning, fixing and touching up ready for the estate agent to do their magic!
Garden transformation - Before and After
With just a quick fix and a dab of paint we were able to bring important outdoor features to light! Even though the garden itself could have done with some time to recover from neglet, making other areas pop gives the eye reference points to see the potential - everything a new buyer is looking for.
To tackle the bareness of the garden we re-defined the borders and pathway, planted new plants and added some bark to the beds.
This property will be having after-care too, so the new plants will be watered and as the garden recovers it will be maintained to ensure it looks its best for viewings.
Inside Tweaking
This property had been well maintained and so it just needed freshening up. It had already been deep cleaned so we simply filled and touched up paintwork throughout, cleaned windows and brought the wonderful original and modern woodwork to life with some oil. We painted some accent walls just to bring out the brickwork. It looked fabulous!
